Keepsake Preservation

Your mementos are precious; preserve them for the next generation.

  • Photo preservation – High resolution scans of individual photos or complete albums and archival storage of the original items.
  • Document preservation – Digitization, archival storage, and transcription services for your letters, diaries, and historical documents.
  • Heirloom research – Historical analysis combined with photos and your personal stories about the objects in your collection.
  • Oral histories – Guided interviews of you or your family members, recorded for posterity.

Rates and Terms

  • All projects begin with a 30-minute free consultation. Additional consultation time will be billed at the hourly rate.
  • My standard rate is $55/hour, with a one-hour minimum charged for all projects.
  • A signed contract is required to begin any project.
  • A 50% retainer will be required before work commences on any project of four hours or more.
  • Due to privacy concerns, I do not research living people.
